We've always had unpredicatable seasons and the weather always changes. In the 1970's, climate scientists told us we would all die from global COOLING. Later they said acid rain would kill us in the 80's. The idea that man can control the weather is ridiculous. Scientists still don't have good understanding of the weather. Poorer countries should use money for better buildings and infrastructure against bad damaging weather, but not use it all on "going green" and costing jobs and money
