I wrestle my self in my school we dont have all the fancy equipment like these videos we have 1 weight set shitty one to crapy ass mats basicly wrestling on ground n we bairley ever practice but im still good in our 1st wrestling year we came 2nd in reginals n 4th in provincials against guys that have the best of the best so we have heart Go sandy bay saskatchewan indian reserve
im not sure on the girls team. i no longer go to school there, but made this video. practices are 2x a day. its like 1-1.5 hours conditioning in the morning and 2-3 hours at night.
