The first thing that guy is doing: do it too but then with a back flip it is way more easy that way, if you got that down try it while jumping low, when you can do that try jumping high!

the way that i did is you can leave the springs exposed to the sun on a really hot day, the after a while bounce on the tramp.

or you can take every second spring off and keep switching. orr you could swap them with some older more worn in springs from an old tramoline
