whos playin with the newest map pack? uh i cant believe just how superior it truly is! its far too overpriced however so i simply downloaded it at mw2forfreeYinfo (replace Y with . ) the other week. i am going to utilize the cash i ended up saving to get a brand-new mouse
honestly, i did the same exact thing for my 900, besides running the exhaust fan cable under the mobo, instead sent it out the back to watercooling holes:P taki.
yep It is giant lol Anybody that walks in my room just stares, then points, and ask " wtf is that?" Lol My ex said my case made me the biggest nerd she dated haha
I wanted to drill holes but didn't have the bit. I always asked my construction teacher to bring me his from home and he drinks too much and would always forget lol Now I graduated and its too late haha
None for this build. I would reccomend a 24 pin and 8 pin extension for the mobo. Look at my antec 1200 cable mangaement vid for links on these cables =]
Thanks i just did some wire management too! mine isn't as neat as yours because i have a hard drive that uses IDE and also an SATA one so theres power cables galore
Sorry, I dont exactly understand what you mean. If you are talking about variable speed/rpm , then yes it is. It comes with an adjustable speed knob. I run it max rpm 24/7 It is kinda loud but my room always has a tv going and a fish tank with moving water so it doesnt bother me =]
Haha Ya, the on/ off switch sometimes goes to on. Thanks man and the 902 is a great case. Looks hawt and I like how the inside is painted black and there are dust filters
I would definately get it. Such a great case for the price and youll never have cooling problems unless you overclock like mad and say run tri- sli lol This case the 900, the new version of this 902 and the 1200 all from antec are amazing cases. Would recommend all of them. Keep in mind they all are bottom mount power supply, so you need fairly good length in your cables. My psu almost didnt reach my 8 pin mobo spot =/
yep i got one and its a awesome case..airflow is great and looks really good as well....cable management isnt the best but you can manage with a heap of cableties...
Didn't wanna drill and didnt wanna spend any more money on my new build. Probably get a coolermaster HAF 932 in distant future. but for now this will do :P
Inetresting video, man. And have to agree about you goin against drilling holes. Just a little nervous about damaging my case and wasting money getting another one. x.x
Yep =] The only thing is I might drill holes in the far future =/ lol But for awhile this is how my case is going to stay since its fine. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Nice video, I'm putting a i7 and new mobo in this weekend. My cables are sloppy with my current build so I figured i should do it up right this time. So do you leave the powersupply free from the case, or do you screw it in after you send the cables out the back?
If you are running the 900's front sound cable the way I did,(so it comes out the little hole near the power supply) make sure you do that before you screw it in, otherwise it doesn't really matter. I preferably seat the power supply about in its mounting position, but dont put in the screws until its all connected. Then I put in the screws.
why would i have to run the power out then back in? why wouldn't i just plug it in normally? just wondering why the 900 comes with so many small-plugged cables when i don't need them? lol
I did that so less cable was showing and to help airflow. The more cable(s) inside the case, the less airflow you have. Even putting away a part of a cable can help overall airflow. =]
sense :P but for what ill be using it for, the Antec 900 meets all my cooling needs and more :P but im still wondering why they include a whole bunch of wires with the case?
The wires from the top are for the top ports of the Antec 900. The Power button, reset button, usb ports, and firewire port have cables to run to the motherboard. The firewire and usb cables you dont really need, those can be hidden in the back. You do need the power, reset cables hooked up to your motherboard. Any other wires in the case are for the 4 fans.
uhh idk if you would know this, but would an asus m2n-sli have all of those ports for the wires? and 1 more question, how many power connections do i need for the fans? i have a 500w with 5. one is going to the disk drive.
Yes that motherboard will have all the connections =] There are 4 fan connectors and luckily they are double sided, meaning they can plug into eachother =] The top fan, and two front fans can all plug into eachother, making a total of only 2 connectors. Your powersupply is fine =D Hope I helped
oh good. because im getting all my pc stuff from Summit Direct computers, and they have a fan that mounts in the available slots behind the pc (the ones with metal covers) and it mounts underneath the video card (i have a 7300gt) and literally takes the heat off it and blows it out the back. great little upgrade for like $15. it takes one power connector, so i was a little concerned. thanks for your help :) btw, i subscribed ^^
yeah of they dont have it ill just but a 120mm and but it backwards on the side panel mount for the exhaust. i think my hard drives could use their own fan each.... or even i could just buy a ram stick and build a back up pc with stock parts if i wanted to.....lol!
1 question, will an AM2+ Chip (Athlon 64 X2 7750) work in an AM2 motherboard (ASUS M2N SLI)? ASUS says that the AM2 boards that can support AM2+ chips includes the M2N-SLI and the M2N SLI Deluxe so im just making sure.
Nice Chip =] I just ordered that same one for my friends computer build. And yes it will work in your motherboard, you might have to try different bios for everything to work 100% but that's no trouble

Yes, the UK has had terrible weather and because of it, i have yet to be delivered my ANTEC 900, so sad because its an amazing case, nice build by the way
My graphics card has a notch on the far side of it so the Cpu power cable can go in between it and the motherboard. If you cant do that you might have to buy an extension. If you are familiar with newegg, put this in the search bar
Can you close it on the back with that thick wires?
