P.S. That's done on purpose. People seem to forget that her voice is being automatically translated from Melnics into English via the earrings that Keele's professor gave him. Of course, it's not going to factor in all the "emotions" in her voice. I'm sure in Melnics it sounds less silly.

Wrong. This cut-scene Indignation is only available against Sekundes, however the overall spell Indignation is available, after you gain Volt and level him and another Craymel Spirit, Rem I think.

You just cast Indignation, but he has to be at a certain percentage of his max HP for it to work. What percentage it is depends on what difficulty you're on, and I can't remember off the top of my head, but you should be able to find it on GameFAQs.
