  • The coach on the right is Mr. Friedrichs. He used to train me for wrestling, but I quit seeing that competition is based primarily on points rather than a submission. Back then my ground game sucked hard, and I was looking for a style that focused on technique rather than strength. After training in Jiu-Jitsu for about a year with my friends, I have made much more progress than in Wrestling.
