@iSpeakKonglish I'v never seen or heard of a one arm handstand push up- supposing the athlete weighs 160lb, that would be the equivalent of shoulder pressing a 160lb barbell above his head, while all his other muscles are working overtime too. It's hypothetically possible, I'v seen someone do 1/2 of one, against a wall with terrible form- but no more. I reckon one day someone will get one though- chances are they will be a genetic one off though.
i've been working out now for a while now and i lost about 15kg sorry dont know how many pounds or w.e and i mostly train my triceps and i can only do about 5 dips :P

@iSpeakKonglish depends on how you do them...
These standard dips are mainly tricep focused, if you lean forwards more they also become a chest exercise.
Bulgarian ring dips are primarily a chest exercise.

@iSpeakKonglish dips on still rings are unlike any other dip- the instability makes it so much harder- and everything you do affects the core aswell!
