does that boat have a propellor cos I'd be scared of surfing too close and touching it?

it is a v-drive boat which means the prop is in the middle of the boat..these boats are designed for wakesurfing and wakeboarding...

but never try surfing on an outboard or i/o then u will have dismembered body parts
