Sneasel needs Swords Dance more than Weavile does because of its lower attack, and that's what I'm trying to do with this set, pull off a fast sweeper. It's got a Focus Sash to make sure I can get off a Swords Dance as well. I've never liked the idea of having Ice Shard on Sneasel/Weavile considering how fast they are anyway.

I like using less used pokemon, and Sneasel isn't that much worse than Weavile, so I don't wanna evolve it

No, but if you want to fight specific people, i.e. your friends, you need friend codes.

I use Magmar as my fire Pokemon. I don't like Magmortar, but Magmar is my favorite fire-type.. so I just never evolved him.

My Magmar is Modest and has Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Psychic, and Confuse Ray. For the low accuracy he's got a Wide Lense.

Hmm it seems Swords Dance wasn't needed. Perhaps give Sneasel Ice Shard to avoid Thunder Wave?
