The question I have to ask is - why did they even pack a scrum at all? Dwyer picked the ball up after Wairea-Hargreaves knocked on, so why wasn't it just play on?
Only problem I have with this is that if this tackle had happened during the regular season, it would have been a penalty. Since it was finals footy, it was let go. Even though he was falling into it, 9 times out 10 that would have been blown up.
3 mistakes from the ref: should have been play on, dwyer got the ball and ran with it, it looks like it got stripped when dwyer was tackled if that was so then should have been a penalty for 2 on 1 strip to the tigers but instead a scrum is packed where roosters do an incorrect scrum and get the ball but oh well roosters won and now look how well there doing this season ...

I just hate that during the season, this would have been a penalty - but because it was playoff time, it was let go. I just wish they'd be more consistent with their calls. I know it's hard to adjust your angle when the attacking player is falling.

ok, im an aussie, and be it NRL or Gridiron, they both play their hearts out in two awesome games, if you have ever had the chance to play Gridiron, you would know that even wearing the padding and the helmet does near nothing for you , americans are brought up to play gridiron, us aussies are brought up to play NRL, each to their own, but before you knock it atleast try it, i have and i say both are just as hard ass as each other in thier own very unique ways, personally i love both codes

That truly is a beautiful shot.
I just hate that during the season, this would have been a penalty - but because it was playoff time, it was let go. I just wish they'd be more consistent with their calls. I know it's hard to adjust your angle when the attacking player is falling.
