Why does it suddenly double time in the third verse? I cant catch the words and some do not come across at all.

Jaw "wobble" means lots of tension. Bad for singing. Natural vibrato calls for no movement of the mouth/throat/tongue/whatever. I just can't understand why so many singers do this.

A lot of interpretive actions are not "necessary"... but there's no problem with it. I've seen many professional singers do it.
