It kinda IS a joke, which is why it's called The Joker. This character thinks philosophy's a bad joke and tries to expose that--and all the intellectual bullshit therein--by using philosophy itself, which is irony, a form of humor. So you have more in common with this character than you comprehend (which is little)...except his comments get 5-starred and yours get down-thumbed!

The Dark Knight is one of the best movies I have seen, maybe not the best, but up there in the list. Therefore I'm gay (not). At least the troll loadpork is not too serious in being a troll, but he or she is too serious as indicated by the fact that such trolling isn't funny and such trolling, perhaps, is caused by a bad mood that may or may not be highly habitual: one may persist in such depression for long periods, which we have an apreciation of, if not an experience of.
