No matter how depressing or dark my mood, this song never fails to give me that much needed uplift. I could turn to any number of Rush songs to achieve that desired effect, but Bacchus Plateau just has this inexplicable magic about it that's able to reverse any despair and leaves in its wake a renewed feeling of optimism. 'Memories' from 2112 - same thing. Rush is simply the greatest since, now, and forevermore..
