The penis shrinks if you are just pumping steroids into your body after a long period of time, but not just from lifting in and of itself. @kegbellyboy Some people, like all true bodybuilders, have their own mental mindset about it all. Just like the pianist wants to challenege themselves with harder and harder pieces, or the dancer with stricter routines, people (generally men) who lift have the same mental grasp to it. They do it because it feels good, and that they achieve something that is truly important to them. That's something I admire about anyone who has that mch motivation, that they can and will achieve their goals.
