The guitar he is using would be used for someone who is going on a plane ride or something, and doesnt want to have there guitar sit in luggage. they are made for traveling players. with the tuning pegs in the body its harder for the guitar to go out of tune, that and it makes it much smaller. easier to fid in a crammed space. good cover by the way :)
