Nobody's really sure, but in Jak 3 commentary, I think they said "she," when talking about Seem. It's been awhile though since I watched it..

the jak 3 site is unofficial. NaughtyDog says that Seem is female, and the jak 3 site is not run by NaughtyDog.

I don't think so- from what I've heard, Seem was intended to be a guy at first but was later changed to female. The final sketch for her design says 'Seem-girl-merged'. And the voice actor is female- I don't see any other reason to cast a female to make the voice of a man unless NDI really wanted us to stay uncertain.

One of the best J&D vids I've seen. Kinda given up on them... cause their kinda drek now. Still- this one was just great. Lip syncs (sp?) were actually well...
