  • Thank you so much for making this video! I just repaired my keyboard :) !

  • @Dannickized

AWESOME TO HEAR!!! Mine was broken and held down by tape for about 8 months until I decided to buckle down and just start experimenting. Very happy to hear others don't have to do that!

  • Thank YOU!!! this worked like a charm, took a little elbow grease to get the key back in but after i got it in it worked perfectly. I put a small piece of black tape on the head of the screw to dampen the sound a bit. FYI if anyone lost the spring (like myself) just order the key you need from ebay, i comes with a spring. Im sure i could've ordered just the spring if i did the research but i was lazy... besides the original key was a bit worn. Thanks again for the tip Truthfrequency, u rock!

  • Cool, it looks like a 3/4 wood screw from Home depot, right?

  • @npinero1

I'm not sure the size, but you don't need one very long. But it's a drywall screw, not a wood screw. Drywall screws are a bit sharper. I'd say it's probably as long as half your pinkie, maybe a bit smaller.

  • Did it work?

  • @npinero1

    Yup, like new :)

  • thankk you!! mine just popped today lol
