Google Rockman 2 Neta to find it, then there is an enemy list txt file that can be edited. It's hard to find the correct enemy but using the other text files (that contain enemy AI), you should be able to find out which enemy number is Quickman and replace the other robot masters with his txt file.

O yea, if you haven't played this thing, you usually play against all 8 bosses but it's easy to adjust the programming to set up other match-ups.
The other one that I used to releave stress was me vs. 20 Metal Men in a Metal Blade-off.
