  • RAW Power!!

  • Fantastic Kev, really enjoyed watching that and felt like I was with you for the ride. 'Milestone' alright! What's up next? Regards from New Zealand JIM.

  • @SpamDelendaRex sike

  • You're the man Kevin, one, because you make 315 and 405 look easy, even repping out 405! And number two, you don't give up.

  • Maryland Muscle Machine!!!! Very inspirational Kev.

  • Hi Kevin i just wanted to ask how do you hit your target for 8 workouts straight without hitting a plateau? i find thats my only problem.

  • @zdo5p cuz hes Kevin

  • very inspiring kevin. great video

  • New goal: Bench 405. Thanks kev

  • awsome stuff! congtrats kevin!

  • levrone is a legend! I never understood why kev gave up on pro bb? Obviously, he like diet, nutrition and lifting weights. Why not get back into the sport?

  • 405 @ 3.28

  • hey kevin, how much rest do u take between sets in the 4x4 routine? 4 minutes?

  • good shit man.

  • when he was younger and was competing in the Mr.Olympia he could do 500 for reps...but he's still gaining strength very fast, congratz kevin!!!

  • Kevin your vids are so brillinat levronereport is by far the best on the internet! these week by week vids of your strive for 405lbs bench has really helped me realise my faults and help to start making progress thankyou so much its really helped, Zach :D

  • your a fucking champ....

  • Very crazy. 405 on bench is damn heavy. Make no mistake..

  • MARYLAND MUSCLE MACHINE !!! Yeah! This Great! Real Warrior!

  • thank for the videos!

  • damn even 315 is nothing to him!! and he got reps with 405 !! shit this man is a beast!!

  • how do i download your chest audio training?

  • Kevin Levrone you Legend

  • goodshit bro. inspiring stuff bro

  • thanks a lot kevin!! congratulations!!

  • great job dude

  • Kevs the MAN! keep it up kev

  • Thank you Kevin, I am going to try this out.

  • Skid Row - 18 and life @ 2:50...nice

  • Impressive. . . . MOST IMPRESSIVE!!!!!

  • it's looks easy for you.

  • I can't seem to find the link to the Chest audio training sesh. :( I'd sure like to hear you as my coach on my mp3 player while training Kevin!

  • Determinacion de un campeon real.

  • his drug test was done by victor conte so u decide retards

  • Congrats, man. Inspirational stuff.

  • this fool falls off the bench at 1: 20 lol ahahahah

  • fool? you mean one of the more inspiring natural bodybuilder today?

  • @fahimpanjshiri fool? Go play somewhere this is grown folks buisness little man. Kev would slap the bitch out ya!

  • @fahimpanjshiri So what ?? You would fall off a tricycle..

  • BodyHeaven first of all learn how to spell second if you know anything about lifting you would know that it is possible for him to make gains like this clean. At his peak he was what like 270lb shredded? With 24in arms. Ever heard of muscle memory? Even though he doesnt do roids anymore he still can gain much more then he would have all natural. His arms now are like 20in with a bodyweight of around 220

  • That is straight beast mode...

  • nah its not...i mean it is lol

  • Great job, So how often are we supposed to do the 4 x4?

Are there are supplementary chest exercises to do after the benching?

What is a good rest period between set when trying to build strength?

  • keep it up kevin we need you

  • once a cheat ,always a cheat stay off the gas

  • man 455 next my best is 406 +3,3,3 and 405+5 cool

  • Did you dramatically increase your calories during this journey? Or just keep the same diet and do the workout routines?

  • If Kevin says he's natural, he's natural. The dude sounds genuine and again works very hard. Muscle memory is crazy. Those previous videos he's had gas left in the tank on bench. Take a look at the huge difference between his physique now and those in Maryland Muscle Machine....If steroids got everybody big like that the Mr. O would be flooded by contenders and he'd be much cloaer to that physique. Again Kev is a freak and he is driven which is a combonation for some great results. Good Job Kev!

  • Well for all the haters and doubters, Kevin was tested to see if he was positive for steroid usage. Well, like Kevin said, he wasn't on any, and he was right. The results for the test were negative, meaning he did NOT take any steroids during anytime of that transformation he was in. Bam!

  • That's great to here. He may have never won the O, but he's been the biggest inspiration for me on my bodybuilding quest. I own his DVD's, follow his training and trust what he says.

  • Clearly none of you guys have followed how Levrone trained his entire career. This guy would not train for months out of each year and then buckle down and get olympia ready in a couple months. His genetics are elite but he also busts his ass beyond belief. Yes Olympians use sauce, but it is not unlikely at all for someone that used to rep 500 on flat bench be able to quickly get back up to 405 after a few years layoff.

  • I think that if this was someone not so famous everybody would be shouting cheat. Stop being so fuckin starstruck, and get real. To increase your max in 8 weeks by 90-100 lbs NATUARALLY is nearly impossible. Well im not fooled. And no matter how many little red thumbs pointing down or internet warrior comments are thrown my way, my opinion aint gonna change.

  • @EggheadOfTheFuture heard of muscle memory?

  • @EggheadOfTheFuture well noone cares what u think lol

  • @ThePitBull21 Then you like being lied to :)

This isnt the pure abuse he was into during his pro time, but hes on it again I PROMISE THAT

You saw the LevroneReport Video measuring bodyfat? Where that spotter of him was at 11%? Look it up...you will think hmm...never ever this guy is 11%

BUT HE IS...just holding waterfalls of water due to the drugs he is on ( low doses too )

  • thats whats up levrone, i need some advice i want to bulk up to about 200 205 , i m hovering around 190 lbs now what else can i take besides protein and creatine to do this withouth bloating?

  • @frankierb frank, try resting for a few days. Let the muscle recover and grow from eating and rest.

  • let me just add i have nothing but admiration for these youtube videos by a fantastic renowned bodybuilder like kevin Levrone, but man please be honest with people out there and be more forthright with what you doint man. No one will judge you or like you any less if you on juice, but if you are i think its right that you also mention this to all your fans on youtube, so they not under any false illusion that they gonna lift weight and look like you natually man, comeone now

    keep up the vids

  • Why people tear down anyone's reputation is over my head.

  • @FDNED334 its because many of us who love the iron marvel at anyone who can do something we cant. I am very strong in my back I can do the 500 pound bent over row. I'm not so storng in the bench, but I know people who are. And I know people who are all legs and are amazing at the squat. my pooint is everyone has genetic bodyparts, but there is so much jelousy out there.

  • this whole advocating of visualize its good thing and wont harm to take this notion on board not just in bodbuilind but in many aspects of life. however IMO you be very naive to think kevin has suddenly bulked up again like the old days and now doing some big weights long time after his retirement and just recently gone back to any kind of training, without th eaid some SOMIN'SOMIN'

maybe the temptation was too much and he wanted to impress peopel and look and lift like he used to do inpast

  • cutting all the babble out and getting to the point, IMVHO , kevin Levrone is back on the steroids , reasons

    1) he completely different from earlier videos , his body has the shape and bulk of someone on steroids, (and ive seen natural & steroid physique), Its easy to tell the difference if you seen bodybuilders physiques , usually 90% easy to tell

    2) He was barely able to do some reps with less than 200lbs on that seated machine press now he doing free weights over 400lbs,hmmmm

  • i watched the earlier videos of KEVIN here struggling with like less than 200lbs on those machine bench presses or is it called hammer machine or whatever, In that video you can clearly see he has the body of natural guy who works out and nowhere near the bulk he used to have when he competed with aid of steroids , however in this video he now benching very heavy weigthts again and looks somewhat similar to his past when he was on juice like all other pro bodybuilders

  • first of all i have to say its good to see KEVINE LEVRONE back and interacting with everyday regular people on youtube and going on a journey and inspiring others to achive their bodybuilding/fitness goals. BUT and sorry a big BUT for me

  • hey kevin you think you can do sumthin for legs next time?like a strive for 1500 leg press or sumthin that would be awesome

  • i remember in the maryland muscle machine video he did 500 for 4 reps.. but that was back in the juice days!! very impressive lift.. your the man kevin;)

  • Yeah! Good job man!

  • nice job man

  • Thats straight heavy lifting, no arch and no suit.

    BOOM

  • I knew you could do it man, great job brother!!

  • nice work kevin

  • respect.

  • 405 x 3!!!!

  • NOW THATS WHATS UP LEVRONE!!!!!

  • Damn, really nice bro! Good work! =D

  • shit, those are reps!!! cant wait to train chest on monday!!!

  • @leonsam12 national bench day

  • Great acomplishment Kevin. Congratulations!

  • ANIMAL!!!!!....Kevin 4 King!!!

  • Levrone is the man, but that doesn't change the fact that his genetics(regardless of roids) allow him to make progress 3,4,5 or 6 times faster than MOST other humans that work just as hard... he busts his ass, but still, he's working with genetics that he didn't choose, and so are we...

that aside, i have mad respect for Kevin

  • How can you trust a man who has been taking steroids all the time in his carrier? I mean, he made very, very big progress in just few weeks. 35lbs for 5-6 weeks on bench press is possible, but for someone who is lifting 315lbs, not 370lbs. Very naive from all of you. :)

  • its easier for someone that have been strong, to regain it, then someone that have never been there and trying to get there

  • Yes, I agree. But it is questionable: Could he ever reach 405lbs without steroids? And the most intriguing "moment" is his off season weight he reached, as he said and "test results", around 110kg. It is a lot of kgs with such a small amount of fat. Also, I don't know where are those his 110kg as he is 175cm not so wide shoulders man...

  • yes ive done 405 a dozzen time for reps and never did any roiods but who knows

  • @darthstrong It can be done if you are STRIVING for weights. But just lifting weights in order of bodybuilding - it is very, very rare. Also, he did 405x3, which isn't 405. Also, how can I know that you didn't used steroids? After a long experience in gym, being an amateur bodybuilder, I learned that people are constantly - lying. About everything. Not only food, supplements or steroids. :)

  • oh wow cool a natural bodybuilder so ur like a flag football player huh! what a fucken retard

  • because ive never done why would i lieim not stupid to mees up my life and i am striving for weighs

  • @darthstrong O.K. If you say you didn't done them I trust you...

  • @BodyHeaven

You are right. It's almost impossible to have increments of 10 pounds on every workout without the use of steroids, especially on bench press and over the age of 30 when our testosterone have fallen considerably. But you are correct when you say that people are constantly lying. We live in a corrupted world where lies and deception are everyone's dark secrets..

  • @mariops2 Yes, even with muscle memory effect... Impossible. I love how most of the people believe because he did steroid test. And if anything is cheatable in today's sport, it's doping test. :)

  • @BodyHeaven

Bingo... short anabolic esters leave the body with in days therefore given a week the anabolics will have come out of the body.

  • @mariops2 um lol? he did this naturally. kevin has benched over 405 for 15+ years. when ppl lose strength, they gain it back quickly than if trying to gain new strength. stop trying to be so fucking noble and shit when you're just an idiot who doesnt know who you're talking about. and its not impossible. yes it is to those who are trying to gain new strength but not to those who ghave been benching it for 15+ years trying to regain it. ppl constantly lying? stfu, not every one constantly lies.

  • @SmexyPC

Fuck you asshole..You are the idiot and the ignorant who doesn't know...

  • Nice! I like the look of 4 plates. We appreciate the forum, the vids, and the wisdom. You're doing something many bodybuilders wouldn't take time to do. Thanks, this is my addiction.

  • I am so proud of you!!! You gave me inspiration!!! Thanks, Kevin

  • your a fukin tank levrone

  • Nice work kev

  • right on man. really inspiring.

  • awesome !!! we all are watching Kev!! and waiting for your next move!

  • Congrats Kevin !! awesome.......

  • That was awesome congrads to you kevin every motivating video thanks man your # 1.

  • dude ur the man whenever u have time chick my videos out ...... am 21 years old want 2be the bast bodybuilder in the world someday and so far am natural iknow sooner later am have 2take it but u know how that gose ...later bro keep the good work

  • Kev's Videos are right here when started couldnt even get 315 . Very impressive No steroids involved ,Italian stalion !

  • Kevins success is purely attributable to his own range of suplementation which he's going to bring out soon. Duh, there's no way he's going to associate himself with steroids when his gains are 100% due to his own suplements that are on the way! i'm going to buy them and replicate his gains, duh

  • Fucken Awesome Kev!

  • WOW ****** Mind over matter baby !

  • crazy strength for a natural..well done Kev

  • Comment removed

  • YOU are amazing Kevin!! Always motivating! thanks!!

  • UR THA BEST LEVRONE THATZ WHATZ UP

  • That's whats up!!!!!

  • well done

  • Great.

  • I think Levrone should do some leg strength training. Last time i think he was squatting 275 on free weights (note: I don't mean hak squats, I mean free weight squats)? I'd like to see him bring up his squat as well.

  • me 2

  • Yeah boy! Like I said...easy bro. We all know you were in more like the 390 range to start, but your improvements have been huge and motivational for me! 4 plates for 3 puts you at around 445 lbs for a 1 rep max, so you should keep this going to 450 lbs (or 500 lbs).

Oh, and can you set the record straight on something...what's the most you have ever benched in your lift? There's a YouTube vid of 5 plates for 3...

Thanks for putting yourself out there bro!

    5,000 stars.

  • There was a video floating about of him benching 495 for about 5 reps before.

  • no 3

  • I meant "in your life?"

Oh, and this vid's in my fav's! Great job Kev...

I've seen the YouTube vid where you hit 5 plates for 3 + 1 assisted...

  • Congratz! That was great! :)

  • you are very very good - natural or not - it is very good result.

Man I wish you all the best !

  • I wonder what's next BTN Military Press maybe

  • smashed it

  • bro

  • WOW amazingg

  • that 405 looked like butta man..congrats!

  • If you're not competing anymore than what is your drive? Is it just a powerlifting drive or just to get your swoll on? Honestly, I believe you should have won a MR. Universe. You and Flex got robbed man.

  • @shannontheguy

he won plenty of Mr Universes, you're takling about Mr Olympia

also, alot of people dont lift to compete, they lift to improve themselves, for themselves

  • Actually, I meant Mr O. I looked up Mr. Universe and it doesn't list him as winning, nor does it list it on his wiki page.

I was just wandering what his reason was for promoting the levrone report. Sounds like he just wants to inspire others. Good man. he definitly inspired me to egt off my ass and start cracking some weights and running again.

  • nice video and thx for motivation kevin

  • your the man kevin! waita put in work and accomplish your goal, inspirational!

  • congradulations bro you did it! I've been following this shit since day one. Myself included, I know alot of us consider you our favorite BB of all time. I not going to tell u how many times you got screwed at the O cause you already know. None of the other greats out there Jay, Ronnie, Arnold has done anything like this that we could actually be a part, so thank u. not guit fooling around and GET YO ASS BACK ON-STAGE FOR US, WERE WITH YOU.

  • Beast!

  • get back on the scene! :D

  • Wow Kevin great work man. How often a weeks time did you train chest during this strive for 405?

  • Congrats bro, you had it in the bag a while ago, now you finally did it and made it look easy!

  • Very good Kevin :-) Extremly inspiring as with all your videos here. Thanks for everything. Stuff like this makes me wanna hit the gym right away.

  • Coulda hit that for 4 maybe. 425+ woulda gone up for a single. Very impressive.

  • If You Believe, You Can Achieve

    Good work in four weeks.

  • AWESOME !! YOUR MY INSPIRATION !!

  • good shyt!

  • awesome.

  • good lift that was easy for you

  • i got the chills when i seen you do this Kevin. your MY inspiration. please dont stop.

  • I know you are right, It was like I was right there with him. Wanting him to kill that 405 and he did. If you get it, then it moves you, you know?

  • Yeah, I know what you mean. I barley dead lifted 405 a couple days ago, and man. That was some hard shit!

  • Would have been good if he'd gone heavier could have easily got 415 for a single. Great stuff anyways.

Bench 500 by next summer anyone?

  • AWESOME SERIES OF VIDS!!! Thanks for posting Kevin. Us fans in MD definitely appreciate you wearing the Maryland gear in the vids too. Can't wait to see what is next.

  • ill buy your levrone formula if you roid up and see how big you can get

  • @qualy55 why would you encourage him to use steroids? his goal is to succeed naturally...

  • just love it, could you please reply to my private u tube mail when u get a chance kevin, idol

  • YEaa you banged it out !!! congratz kevin.

  • pls do the same thing on Squats...it would be a hell of a ride!

  • Nice job Kevin.

  • Kevin Levrone =ICON

  • Kevin the Natural freakazoid!!! booyah :)

  • Love the videos. They play good music at that gym.

  • Congrats Kevin, you are a true champion in my eyes. Keep it up

  • dam keep it up kev !!!!!!!! ima try your method and see wht happens =) i hope it helps me build strength =)

  • My goal isnt as impressive as yours though, but still a milestone for me. I am shooting for 305 bench. I have suffered torn biceps shoulder wrist...you name it. I have to start over every time, and my healing these days is very slow. I refuse to give up though. I have gotten 265 for 5 reps, and 115 lb dumbells for 13 reps so far.

    What is your next goal...450?

keep it up as will I.....Steve

  • how many times does he bench a week?

  • From what I understand he is benching 2x a week right now.

  • he does have muscle memory going for him which is different then putting on new muscle. Did he say if he is using any dbol

  • I figured you wanted to do more than just one rep at 405. Im glad you went a few more times to get a more impressive showing.

I have been watching and trying to improve as well.

  • out standing kev great inspiration!

  • got job kev hau rein

  • thats whats up!!

  • Congrats Kev!!! Don't stop here, keep on pushing!

  • good job kev..i only do 3-4 with 225 :))

  • Damn, 3 reps good job levrone

  • 3x405... THATS AMAZING :D

  • good job levrone, your number 1!

  • That's what's up!

  • Beast
