hmmm, what do they call a market that has 8 items out of every 10 for sale..? a buyers market..? did this market get to this point on its own..? it used to be if you saw 3 houses for sale at the same time in the same neighborhood you'd question hmm, bad water, too high taxes, crummy school,etc and you'd avoid that neighborhood.. today, for every 10 houses in a neighborhood 8 are for sale.. borrow 180K and pay back 540K..? housing is broken folks and we didn't break it.. crooks broke it..

unknown but for a city , even for a new hampshire city, Manchester taxes are considered unusually low.

Also residents just voted to impose a spending cap on the city government.

I should clarify though that since NH has no income or sales tax, property taxes may be higher than in some state that tax everything else.
