the name of the album was Victory not toture. This was the album that came out after Thriller. Jermaine was not apart of the group anymore. The song still sounds pretty good almost 30yrs later.

Michael's pepsi accident was in January of 1984. The video was shot in Los Angelas in the late fall of 1984. Michael had other obligations in between Victory Tour breaks so he was unable to appear in this video and "Torture." It was said that Jermaine refused to be in any of the videos from the Victory album, but according to an interview, Arista records (of which he was signed to at the time as a solo artist) forbade him to do videos with the Jacksons.
