If someone finds 5 of the videos (at least, it was 5 for that week, normally you need to find all of them) with the "Barack Star Challenge" annotation on it, and submit it first to BarackPaperScissors, they get to make the video intro for the next level. In this case though apparently he allowed 2 people to collaborate on the video.
