Julie has the best nail tutorials! Love this one! People who say its messy are so silly. It's just for fun! I feel comfortable trying out her tutorials because they're not SO perfect. It's just a cute design that catches your eye. I doubt anyone would look so critically at your nails anyway. The only time that happens is in a tutorial that is zoomed in on the nail!
