@lakerman0834 i work on strength with squats, leg press and other less important weights i also do some plyos, jump rope, i used to work with ankle weights but i don´t have time now plus a had an injoury in a match so i take care of my knees now more... on the other hand i go to 9,5 ft rims and dunk hard and all the time jumping hard, right now though, im almost where i left... grabbing the rim... the offseason starts now though, and i´m gonna work hard! interested in jumpiung high??

Guys, the whole point of his "Beat Ganon" videos is to motivate people like you and I to work harder. Ganon Baker is unbelievably good at basketball and he is a great person off the court. Truly motivational and humble. Not speaking from experience but I have watched many videos and all. He is a man of God who tries to motivate people to do things on the court. When it comes to drills like this, this guy is almost flawless. He can shoot the ball with both hands the same. He is amazing.

not to take anything away, but his release is not high enough. Due to the weird form he uses, shooting from the shoulder like girls usually do. High percentage shot, no doubt about that. But hard to get off against a good defender. Maybe thats why it does not work for him in competition. Which, in turn, wouldnt matter much, since he is an excellent COACH, so who cares how good a PLAYER he is. A good coach is worth about 10x a good player.

Your timing should me more accurate. You may have gotten 18.6 while somebody else might have had an 18.3. They would have beaten you but we don't know what your "official" time is so it would be hard to beat unless done so by an entire second which is a lifetime for something like this.

@nzhugo theres a diff between bn a great coach/teacher than actually bn able to play in the NBA my old coach was the best player i know Fundamentally. one on one he was a nite mare cuz of his foot wrk shot and post moves. but he was only 59 white with no ups and not that quick but he made me a Hella better player and im 6'4 and Black trust it makes a diffs genetics

@JeremiahJJH well ups are not god given, well they are but you can train them a lot! im a living proof! im 5,65 and through training i can grab rim and will dunk soon! technique is also a trainable thing, but what you can't train is the decision making and the heart you show in the game! but ganon as far as i know didn't get to the league draft necause he got injoured bad twice before it!
