  • I do the same every week too but a little different. i do every angle ( feet inside, feet outside, and straight like you did) on both feet then the same on two feet. and i put my foot just on the edge of a step and i try to keep my foot straight and not make it twist, like most of people twist there ankle.

  • I used to do these to help with an Achillies tendon issue.
