These cars ain't going anywhere yet they still have a lot of life left in them and can survive another few more years of service. Looks like the R32 will end just like the R1s. Most R1s were retired by 1969, but several did remain a little longer though running in mixed consists withe the R4-R9 cars.

I'm proud to be a nerd and 2nd of all when the V started around 2001-2002 it was all R-46 so it is exclusive to see a R-32 on the V. And your point is that you born in Bklyn? I was raised in Bklyn....so again what your point? You can't put new subway cars on every line b/c majority of them are not close too or near 40 yrs old. So guess what buddy you're going to have to deal with the R-32's until their retirement. There is more to New York City than the subway system.....try going to a musuem. Its other things in New York City to do!

1. R32s never ran on the V, during this time was a major fleet swap when R42s & R32s started running on the V

2. This is not about the F so dont even bring that up. The F did have R32s but that was then, this is now.

3. If the R32s were crappy cars, they would be scrapped first. But they are outlasting all the cars. Sure we need the R160s but some are shitty themselves and the R32s have performed better than the R160s.
