When you register the card it only asks you for your address but not your name. And to use it online you need a name!

Ya i bought this visa card and then went online right away and tried to buy something from steam and didnt realize you had to register your card online first. It kept saying my transaction was declined because of an invalid address so i look at the back of the card and see you must register it first. I register check my balance and it was $5.00, it ended up the three times i tried to buy a $15 game I got charged :(. And now i have to wait like 2 weeks or something for the transaction to fail.
