The Street Climb makes me think parkour. Free running is like urban gymnastics. Where you show off and perform tricks while running. Parkour principle is to move smoothly, efficiently and quickly baised on the ability of the person. So some parkour runs can look pretty Free Runningish but also have to understand that a parkour group can do some free running here and there to just improve there abilities. It's like a boxer that also likes to kick box. Principles that contradict each other.

I think this is Free Running the two sports are easily confused. Parkour is more of you start at this place and get to this place or person with some tricks added. Free Running is just running around doing cool tricks.

well you should think of how your body is, because most of the people that try parkour have light or medium frame bodies. then think about if you can run generally fast, can easily support your own weight with your grip, etc.
