@danieluyanguren Naturally sharks don't attack humans. They attack surfers because humans movements create an electrical wave that the sharks pick up and think it's a baby seal as well as when humans lay on boards sometimes from the bottom look to a seal. But normally that doesn't happen only when the shark is despate for food or just curious of what the surfer is.

if you went for a swim, ur gna get wet! so diving with sharks is something i wnt really do bec any rapid movement from a diver which can happen in case of accidents the shark will automatically bit, not that he loves feet or hands its his curiosity and a curious shark is not like a curious gold fish. . .

the sharks are there because that breed hunts together not seperate like great whites.

plus the fact of all the bubbles from each regulator kepps them there they stay there because of the bubbles

@trashyourplace Actually what usually happens with shark dives like this one is that a barrel or container of meat will be lowered onto the ocean floor, and the group of divers will be told to kneel in a rough circle around it. When done with regularity the sharks get used to it and actually await the delivery of meat and congregate round it, and they also get used to humans. There's almost always one or two professionals with knives or sticks in case a shark gets too frisky.

sharks are scary.id be afraid it would attack.but they arnt all bad.there are cases where the shark is swiming for food,and it nips a human,then the blood attracts the shark there way so the shark thinks the human is food.but you would think shark would know.but id still be afraid that one would go nuts on me cuz some still do attack you when your moving also thinking your food because of your movement.or because its just having a bad day i guess eather way they are scary!

Sharks are not even aggressive animals, they only start attacking humans because if they are getting too close, fast movements..etc because the shark would think he/she was an enemy. The other issue is that trawler fishermen, are over fishing which leaves the sharks with scarce food. People stereotype sharks as 'mean people eating machines' or when the word 'shark' is mentioned people get scared, when really the fact of the matter is that they are harmless animals, if we treat them with decency.

@promaja2 sharks very rarely attack people, and more rarely still divers (surfers and swimmers are the most common, when they paddle out they appear similar to the prey of the sharks). And if a shark does get a little too aggressive, the punch in the nose thing actually does work. These divers were more likely to be killed driving to the dive site then by these sharks

Thank you for posting. I recently too a Discover Diving locally and will take the lessons if not certify. I could never see doing this, it's just too much risk. They are wild animals and it could get really bad.
