@yourtube1234567 this would definitly work by men but try to do this a little more intence for example lift your hips stretch ur legs and hold ,,1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ... untill u can feel it
help I have a bad back and I can't even lift my hips off the ground. It look easy when you do it. Should I have someone pull my legs and hips up??????
I see some people doing it with their legs straight up, keeping them towards the ceiling at all times of the exercise. Is that the wrong way to do it or s slight variation?

it looks so weird (NOT in a perverted way) becasue her upperbodys so still and her legs are moving... but this helped so much !!!!

am not been negative, but same exercise without taking yours keens to the back will be more effective, so you raise but make sure they remain L shape
