Taking this into consideration, I have a question, if Neanderthals hadnt of died out (whether be through the homosapians, unable to keep up with ever changing environment or Disease) would they have evolved and eventually manage to create a society like our own or would there genetics not have the ability?

White europeans, and everyone outside africa (inc some in africa) has neanderthal genetics. It was a simple case of hybridised outbreeding. Not a genetic cleansing.

Meanwhile, in esoteric teaching, one can read that, sapiens left atlantis sometime around 75ky and migrated through north africa into the levant reaching 'china' a bit later and then migrating westward from there starting from 60ky ago, populating the near east and eruope within the last 40k years. neandertal is either, some indigenous dumbdown atlantean, or an earlier by product of sapiens ancestors.

Wouldn't be something if all the tests done on the Neanderthal genome were really tainted with modern DNA no matter how "clean" the labs were?
These ancient bones were still handled by munerous individuals who found them and by those who studied them.
Also human "bacteria" and dander can still wander.
