@BlueKewne the TAPPY song was taken from the Winter Road theme made by Sviridov, a Russian composer, TAPPY didn't paid for those rights and showed that song as theirs, then mr Gregsson Williams adapted this song to games 2 and 3, but w/o rights payment or a mention to mr Sviridov Konami could face legal problems, that is the reason why it was banned....

@filipeflower Yep, In fact, Mr Kojima didn't knew until some Russian guys showed him the music by Sviridov and when was that song made, that forced Mr Kojima to take out the song from every new MGS game (even though you can find a remix made by Harry Gregson Williams in the MGS4 OST).

The Russians showing the song to Mr Kojima is in a video posted on Youtube, you can look for it.

@Solidnick11 Konami ceased to use this tune as any MGS theme after MGS3, they were afraid of legal issue, so in MGS4 you dont hear this tune in any form
