i disagree it is all the same... a shot is a shot when you lift weight alot of your muscles start working. lebron still needs his shoulder,bicep,and triceps strength also
If your shots are strickly on form, then weightlifting may throw it off a bit by ur shots feeling lighter if you are stonger. BUT if u shoot like Lebron James weightlifting is great.
