First of all you don't do it to get high (take weed), second you press arteries to stop blood flow to the brain, you don't press trachea (because you die), third more than 10 sec. gets you close to meeting you're maker. It's a fucking martial art move, not children's play, it's used to take out opponent as quickly as possible without much damage (if done correctly), or kill! And as I saw most are little kids who don't know how it works, and I'm gonna bet some of them where killed on purpose.

We never choked each other to do it..... simply squat down on your knees and breathe as if you just ran a mile for about 30 seconds, than inhale at the same time you stand up quickly and hold your breath. The spike of blood pressure from the lack of oxygen to your brain causes the body to lose control and "pass" out. This is very dangerous as you can suffer seizures even grand mal seizures and die doing this.

I didn't even know this "game" existed until now...

The risks are incredibly high, dying, seizures, etc - retarded behaviour - what kind of 'friends', encourage this behaviour or video it for that matter? If kids want to play this then parent need to know that it could be brain cells that cause brain damage or coma. Kids know about the game but don't know the risks! When I talked w/my 14 yr old son about this and found out he's tried it my heart sank! His comment was he did it only when he was feeling suicidal & now he doesn't do it. The young man in the video said "Just don't kill yourself" It's not just a suicidal 'game'! If you're a young person...don't take the chance! If you're a parent...see what your kid is thinking? if they've tried it? If they have tried it talk to them, let them see you don't want to live w/o them! I hope we can stop this 'game'!
