i got mine yesterday and LAGS VERY MUCH!!!!!! it goes well after 10mins it lags at regular intervals then it goes well again and lags again :( i dont know whats wrong. its brand new :((

@weejasonlnr yes, especially brightness is important when you really want to save the battery. I had 14 inch laptop, and the battery lasted about an hour with the lowest brightness. When i turded the brightness up, battery life was about 2+ hours.

Minilaptop's battery should last about the same time even if they are different brand. Almost all of those uses similiar hardware. (Atom 230/330)

Its so nice to see brand new laptops with huge tumors on their back's called, 6-cell batteries. It really does spruce up the look of the laptop. I love having a giant ridge on the bottom of my electronics. Gives them personality.

@XboxIsFuture if you have another computer (a desktop) you drag the files to a memory stick and then install them on your netbook without a disk drive. this only works if the instalishion recuires 1 disk. i instaled windows 7 on my netbook from a usb drive and it hasent faild yet so i think it is the way to go instead of buying a $100+ disk drive for it.

Because the laptop comes with a choice of a 3 or 6 cell battery. This model has a 6 cell battery. If you get the 3 cell, you'll get about half the run time.
