nonsense, one can understand a maxim or moral statement but at the same time disagree with it in principle and for good reasons. no politics vicious in practice was ever good in theory. how else do you come to action but by ideas? the west doesn't understand this modus operandi because it has no cultural or moral backbone. it is pragmatic and ironically impractical.

Bush would not have the guts to bomb Iran, nor would Obama. They don't understand the reasons for doing so, the real, ideological reasons, because they are not real men. They are caught in the present too afraid to look back and so moving forward fearfully & aimlessly.
