I agree but Japanese Kick Boxing and Kyokushin Karate have many similar moves. actually the difference between some Karate style and Kick boxing is really narrow ( see Shidokan,Seidokaikan, Daido juku etc...)
Well there not the same. If u watch a match im sure you'll see a lot of slips and phase turns from brad. Something that Jean has, and he also does alot of charge movies with collision hit movies something brad doesn't have with his clinch.

I know VF quite well cuz I have VF4 and VF4 evolution at home.
Never played VF 5R though.
But I m not a VF fanatic. But Some of Jean moves remind of Brad ones (Strong Round house Kicks chained with strong low kick sweeps etc...)
