Joel 2:28-29 did not give women right to use their gift to disobey 1Cor.13:34 , 1Tim.2:1-12 because they are commandments of the LORD (1Cor.14:34,37) they should use their gifts outside the congregation of the believers e.g. they can evangelize unbelievers, they can teach young Christian women (Titus2:3-4) they must avoid to disobey God because of any gift they received,
