  • You will be forever missed and never forgotten. R.I.P. Gaye - xxxooo

  • For those of us who had the unbelievable pleasure of working with this amazing player - it's a sad thing to have to say "good-bye" . . . His skills as a composer and player were hard to match, hard to beat. When I had the great privilege of working with him, his quiet but deadly sense of humour was in full force. He will be greatly missed . . .

  • So sad to hear you are gone. R.I.P Gaye!

  • what's the first song called? i couldn't really understand him when he said it

  • Amazing to think this guy wrote the song performed by Cheech and Chong called "Earache My Eye". No wonder Stevie Ray Vaughan said this guy is one of the best guitarists. Talk about versatile and great in different forms!

  • Nice to see I'm not the only one out there who loves Gaye's music. The man is a huge talent and it's always annoyed me that he's not received the popular acclaim he so richly deserves.
