Omg people lady gaga became famous a couple of years after kerli. The only similarity is that they have blondish hair and both like to dress up. Lady GaGa likes to dress up in public though. Kerli wears normal clothes. Also Kerli is from Estonia, not from the US. If you ever watch one of her videos you'll notice an accent. She much prettier than GaGa.
