long tubes always give more power. the shortys made for the 3.8 are exactly the same as the stock ones just shiny. for the GTs the shortys made for those are better than stock, but long tubes always give the best performance results

Mostly the headers. A mac off road H-pipe and flowmaster 40's with the flowmaster cat back system.

Check with your state, but in California, they are NOT street legal... You may be able to pass SMOG if you can find a catted H-Pipe for the longtubes, but the Longtubes don't have a CARB#... So you're screwed in a visual inspection :)
