If you're comparing between "basic" skin covers, we would always recommend TPU (Flexi) skin covers to silicone skin covers. Flexi skins are not as flexible as silicone skin covers, but Flexi skin covers always retain their form over time versus silicone that tends to warp or stretch.
For "brand name" skin covers, it's a case to case basis since they are made differently. Hope that helps!

Hi there! Yes it does offer more protection than the iPhone bumper; however it does not have the protrusions / moldings the official iPhone bumper provides for the sleep / wake and volume buttons. If you find those useful on the official bumper case, just keep in mind these skins do not have that. Hope that helps!

In other words, they say any case around the phone to prevent touching the sides in such a matter will help. You can review the official statement from them detailing the issue at any time on their site.
So in a nutshell any case literally should fix the problem according to them, not just bumpers.

If there isn't a version you like currently available at DayDeal, you can try to search for "TPU" skins for the iPhone 4 that may yield more varied results. We hope this helps!
Hi there! This type of skin shouldn't affect properly installed screen protectors or scratch guards such as BodyGuardz or Invisishield.
The flash shouldn't be affected much at all, but there is a small recess created with the skin on the phone, so the flash isn't necessarily blocked but is somewhat muted on the far extreme edges. It really only affects completely wide angle shots, and even then not by much at all. Hope that helps!

You're welcome. TPU in certain forms just feels this way, and for these particular cases it's just how it is.
More popular brand name cases that use TPU materials often or not opt for a smoother, "dryer" feel.
