I remember this special...they made a HUGE deal about how the disclaimer at the end of the "Guess Who" board game ad said "pictures do not actually talk"...Was it really THAT big of a problem?

@GatorAide99 Of course they're bull, but it's not like this shit is any better. It's deceptive as hell. Of course it's not easy to control and it's not gonna launch off a ramp if you do it like that, but they don't tell ya that cause they want it to look bad. I never had much interest in RC vehicles myself because I couldn't control them well, but I didn't blame the product I blamed myself because I knew I sucked. I got better as I actually practiced and had patience with them.

Misleading commercials is one reason I stopped buying Lego. Remember that big castle called Royal Knight's Castle, on the pictures it looked so big but when I bought it and put it togheter it was ridicilously small and I felt so disappointed and never bought Lego again.

I got this lesson in first grade, but I knew it already since I had a Kartwheel Katy(or carly, can't remember her name) and she never kartwheeled right. Maybe every once in a while.

My mom taught me as seen on tv were fake by buying me the balloons that never pop at a store(you blow them). I poked it with a fork, and it slowly but surely deflated.

This show looks like it was made in the 80s or 90s. I like that.

@berlin45ers I had that Typhoon .. it was cool to drive over the lake I lived on. But the battery power was awful on it. I'm typing as I watch this.. it actually did go on water pretty well. But look how the kids launched it. They put it on the edge of the ramp, and the producers let them. That's just stupid. If you let the thing go for a while it would launch a little better than that. Not as cool as in the commercial, but not as bad as those kids made it look either. The battery was bad.
