it required pilfering the strap from one of our guitars, and unscrewing the wooden panels from the ends. then there was string, and lots of not moving around too much for fear of breakage.
Would it have ben possible to unscrew one scew on each "wood" pannel of the microKORG and then scew in guitar strap pegs for secure use? You may need to gain longer screws or something, but it was just a thought i had....i'm really wantin a keytar now but i already have a microKORG.
i guess you could unscrew the panels, place the end of the strap between the panel and the body of the korg itself so that the holes lined up, and screw the panel back in place. that would make it semi-permanent, and probably quite stable. then just tape a wooden spatula to the underside so that it sticks out like a handle, draw on some "buttons", and away you go...ok, ignore that last part, but you should totally buy a great strap and make a video of the conversion process. before i do.
