I was on a family trip, we were coming back home from Virginia to West Virginia. Picked up one of those for $2.99. We finally got home, we keep some pop in the fridge. I took one out, put the snap cap on. It felt like a bottle. I had to lay it down for a while, but when I got back to it, no bugs flying in, cap closed, it felt fresh as-if I never left it.
1. I guarantee the leakage you experienced was just a little soda left on the bottom rim of the threading on the bottle neck. This happens with Gatorade bottles, Coke bottles, etc.
2. It'd be a lot easier to get the Capp off if you squeezed the can at the same time, using air pressure to force it off.
This was a great demonstration of how someone out there will be able to use the product. I'm extremely glad that she didn't spend weeks figuring out how to make the snap cap look good - she gave an honest review of what a normal user will experience. Thanks for posting this!!
Wow! This was almost like watching a monkey try and figure out a cell phone! I believe this is solid evidence for educating yourself about a new product BEFORE reviewing it! Me & my family and friends have been using Snap Capps for months, and they rock. The Capps seal very nicely, you just need to 'seat' the lid by tightening it down a few times. They also keep the bees & bugs out great for the outdoors, and different colors give your can it's own identity, great for kids & parents alike!
Nice attempt to try and impress us with your vast knowledge of the laws governing fluid transfer in foreign countries. I wonder if these are the same countries where deodorant is as scarce as proper dental hygiene. I'm wondering if you couldn't simply drink the remaining beverage, or poor it out. Are you allowed to use the lavitory on flights to foreign countries? Look, I don't want to be rude, thedemonstrator seems like a nice enough boy, but I agree with mags5555, are you fucking stupid?

@mags5555: Like she said in the review, if you used this on a plane and had an unfinished drink, you'd want to take the snapp cap off - you can't take food/fluids off the plane in some countries... Troll.
Are you fucking stupid? Why would you ever want to take the Snap Capp off when there is still product in the can? I have used them for months and I have never had any problem taking them on or off. Perhaps you should watch the demonstration video before you use the product. You seem like a nice person, but once again, are you fucking stupid?
Why would you shake soda in a bottle to begin with....

Useless Gimmick by the looks of it- Makes me laugh that noone thinks about all the crap and germs on top of ANY canned drink yet drink from it.
Theres a reason for the bottled version, clean and dont drip.
