I am also in the prosses of making a park sort of like this one and so have some questions. Would you use molds or would you just use tools? would you make molds? Also would you use mesh?

No mesh and molds... we just shaped all the concrete by hands, using something like old credit card (it's not flexible to much) for flat surfaces (bangs, flats,...) and using a piece of linoleum floor covering for bowls an radius, it's flexible so you can shape whatever you want. ;)

Everyone asking about how to make ramps from concrete, here is my advice:

1. Mix up some bog standard cement together

2. Paste it over your desired area, about 2-3 cm thick (half an inch).

3. While it dries keep smoothing it down

3. When it is firming up and beginning to stay in place get rubber gloves on and with your first two fingers dip in water, and smooth over.

Its much easier than it looks :)

If i want to build a park like this, how do i shape the cement? do i wait for it to be half dry and shape it with my hands or do i shape it as soon as i make the cement?

It cost roughly 60 USD because the stones and water were for free... the best is to find a spot where are stones around and some river, so the only thing you have to buy is cement and emery paper for regrinding the surface... and if you want really smooth surface, buy a lacquer for concrete. ;)
