Um no shmouts , I think if we took the time  to do a little research we would discover that Louisiana ranks as the 2nd poorest state in the nation and most of the residents in New Orleans couldn't afford the luxury of cars like you & I.

So thus, when that hurricane hit, half that city was trapped there and had to rely on assistance from the higher power of our trusty reliable government to get them out. The government totally failed to come through in this situation

... & that may very well be the whole point of this video that seems to have gotten passed you.
