People will get mad at oil companies for raising prices, but if I was selling a product and people kept buying it like crazy, I would probably keep raising the price. Which brings to mind the question, why aren't Ipods $500 instead of $150, and a pound of Bananas should be $1.99 not $.79 because everyone buys these things. These poor contract truckers are getting killed by these prices of gas. To fill up their tank is approx over $1,000 along with the ridiculous tools in NYC specifically $8 to cross a bridge. Some trucking companies are trying to apparently get their clients to pay higher rates - but in some cases, there's no success.
