You have to be at level 50, then just push up on the D-pad to remove your weapon then hold down X until Frank slumps over. You have to keep holding it down while you walk.

Anyone else try this? I started a 72 hour mode and decied to stay down in the Enterance Plaza when you first fight the zombies and just decided to kill them. I stayed there untill lets say 7;00 PM and when I went to trigger the first case the cutsceen didn't start. So now I'm just wandering arround the mall killing zombies.

or you can just not do the missions :), you get an option asking if you want to keep playing when you fail because of the first mission expiring.

Figured it out and got zombie genocider from it.

It's part of the mode, there's no survivors, your health's always going down, and you have to last five days or more for an achievement, you have to get items, weapons, and food from the survivors you kill to last it.

I hate how there is NO SAVE POINT I started at a decent hour now it's 8! And to anyone wondering you can ignore the missions but if you dont even want the first case to start you can kill a number of zombies at the beginning and instead of the jessie handing you the pistol it will be the queen insect intro.

i just had a very odd glitch.. at the beginning of my game i went into the warehouse and the old dog lady was dead and dropped the uncooked pizza. so i went up to the helipad at this point and the only thing appearing were her clothes on the ground, like her body was invisible but her clothes were not. i opened the box and got another uncooked pizza but when i cooked it, it disappeared.

Theres some video that shows you can get the acheivement and the megabuster by killing 1000 zombies in the entrance at the begining (before you go to the security room). Dont know if it works, but im gonna try it at some point.

Sorry man i wrote that at 3 am im not bright in the first place. but its easy to get. It took me about two real hours. You go to the red car in the parking lot and drive it into the tunnels. Take a left, then another left. You get to a white truck. You might as well kill every zombie you can with the car before it breaks. Take the truck to the bottom end of the tunnels and turn so you get to the circle. Take the top right (on map) circle and make a left then a right take the white car out. Sorry

That "trick" is to unlock a so-called "free mode" without missions. However, it's completely false. The number of zombies you kill does nothing. In reality, it's the time wasted. By wasting a bunch of time down there, you'll end up going past the required time to start the first case file, thus giving you exactly the same scenario as if you got "Scoop Lost." The game WILL end in 3 days as normal. It's much more effective to simply go to the maintenance tunnels and ignore the case files.
