#2: The larger lights I saw (46 secs) were extremely fast when they moved, and they would backtrack in their own trails to go in the 180 degree direction. The ones I saw were mostly horizontal, but some were at a downward angle. The ones at a downward angle would sometimes stop moving for so long that their trails would disappear, and they would look like the little teardrop-shaped ones at 11 secs. #1: Thanks, Sheila. I saw lights just like at 11 secs (small lights) and at 46 secs (larger lights) in Harrison, Arkansas on 23 Dec 2011. The lights were in the sky in broad daylight. I saw at least 3 of them, possibly 4 (hard to tell as we were on a curvy rd and kept turning w/ the road). The sm ones we saw were vertical at times, like teardrops. Sometimes, they were still, and other times, they were just as shown, and at all weird angles. Pls see my next comment about the larger lights.

I saw a similar thing in Scotland about 19.30 hours GMT, but it had a considerably shorter tail and came in the atmosphere from the north east, crossed the sky slower than a meteor should, then went back out the atmosphere again. Big golden sphere. :) Also there was a very bright sky in the South, when I pointed my google sky app at it, there shouldn't have been anything there? Peace. :D

@Sheilaaliens This was defo in our atmosphere either that or it was HUGE. lol. Big gold ball and it seemed to just appear, cross the sky horizontally and disappear again. We were in the lamermour hills in Scotland at the time, quite a bit above sea level. It seemed to be below cloud level. I remembered the other night that I saw exactly the same thing last Christmas eve. Then I got really excited and shouted to the kids Santa was in the sky. it was the 3rd stage of the soyuz rocket started a few days ago. The rocket falls down in southwest of Germany. Luckily nobody was hurt or scarcely harmed. I live in southwest of Germany. Never saw a re-entry but tracked sats in low earth orbit - most of it tiny and not really much to see. Except of course for the ISS which looks manificent even at quite low magnification and also iridium flares
